Triangle Restaurant in Johnston

Interesting place...tries to be a 50s diner. Decent food, although the pork chop was pretty tough. Service adequate but not exceptional.

I came across this quaint little restaurant, wonderful friendly folks. They were closed, and I said I was looking for a salad. They let me in and fixed me a salad . Let me stay , and eat. I will come back again . They truly made my day . I would recommend this restaurant to everyone. They are a blessing.

First time loved it. Loved the food only thing missing is some background 50's and 60's music to add to the food and quaint restaurant atmosphere.

Local roadside diner with well-prepared fare. Friendly, attentive staff.

The food was okay I like Chef Bob's better in downtown Edgefield rather than Johnson's Triangle. you can get his much as you want it Chef Bob's, your only allowed one plate and it's giving to you at the Triangle the triangles food is not season 2 very well very bland.

Best Philly cheese steak around. Highly recommend.

Much to our surprise the food was very good. The baked potato was excellent. You could tell it had not been put in the microwave. Definitely will go back there

Great food, fast service, waitress was very attentive, and all for a low price. The two of us had plates and one sweet tea, plus their great homemade chips for less than$20!

Great home cooking for lunch

Visited Johnston recently and made a point of getting the country fried steak. Best ever!

Food was absolutely fantastic..service was great. We went at a very busy time and the servers handled it so well. The only thing that could have some improvement is the high chairs really need to be cleaned they were sticky/tacky. Overall great experience though.

GREAT FOOD AND CLEAN AND SERVICE WAS FAST.

"Don't be square, eat at the Triangle." A definite step back in time to the local burger place. They have an excellent buffet at lunch, Monday through Friday, from 11-2. Evenings and all day Saturday get your fix for good diner food. My fave is the cubed pork loin sandwich with lettuce, tomato, and mayo. Don't forget the homemade chips, or sweet potato fries.

It had delicious food. The atmosphere reminded me of Happy Days and Mel's Diner. It took about 15 to 20 minutes for the food to come to your table. They cook the food after you order it. The service was friendly. Also, they have a salad bar.

Good home cooking

The restaurant was a cute little diner with a lot of nostalgia. It brought back memories of days gone by. The food was delicious! The only problem I had was it wasn't the cleanest place and one of the waitresses had fake nails on and you could see the dirt behind them.

Great food, tiny restaurant, i hear there is a whole other side lunchtime week days, but ive inly been here on weekends. I have enjoyed the food and the atmosphere every time. Its a small town place so not too much traffic, plenty parking, odd hours, check times before you go, but great food, friendly staff. Worth the 35 minute drive we make to go there.

Good food, quick service

Food is really good. I've been eating here since I was a kid. Usually when I come home to visit I stop in to get one their great burgers.

Horrible service, horrible attitudes. Ordered our food and it was finally ready 40 mins later.

Incredibly friendly atmosphere, a throwback diner style restaurant. Very affordable and some great cheese fries.
